VAT – The prices on this website do not include VAT. VAT will be added to all orders supplied within the UK.

AVAILABILITY – We will make every effort to maintain prices and specifications but we reserve the right to make changes in availability, price and specification without notice.  All terms listed are normally readily available from stock.  If however, an item is out of stock, we will notify you of any delay and the item will dispatched separately unless we feel the delay will be too long.

PAYMENT – We require full payment before any goods are dispatched.  We accept the following methods of payment:- Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard), Visa, Maestro, Solo & Paypal.

RETURNS POLICY – If any goods supplied by the seller are found to be defective, the buyer must inform the seller within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in writing, of the nature of the defect. This is also applies to goods manufactured to the buyer’s specifications, which the buyer deems are incorrect. The seller’s liability in such cases will be limited to replacing or repairing the defective or incorrect item. 

POSTAGE & PACKING (UK mainland only)

Orders under £25.00 – £3.00 p&p

Orders over £25.00 up to £75.00 – £5.00 p&p

Orders over £75.00 – F.O.C.

(Europe & Worldwide)

Orders dispatched outside the UK, weighing more than 2 kilos, will be subject to additional postage costs, depending on the weight of the parcel.

All goods will be dispatched by first class post. For next day guaranteed delivery, orders must be placed before 3.00p.m.  Orders placed on Friday for a next day delivery, will be delivered on the next working day. Our hours of business are 0900 – 1700, Monday to Friday.  Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Any parcels that are sent by courier and require a signature, cannot be dispatched to a P O Box.

 Parcels sent overseas which are heavier than 2kg will be subject to a surcharge.
